Bringing Light to Rural Communities 

The Association is established as a charity with the purpose of advancing public benefit, the relief assistance of children in need and promoting the development of young people in achieving their intellectual and social capacity in Australia local community and Africa local community

our organisation Hope for the Poor Populations in rural areas, will help all resident communities on the extended territory of Australia in the fight against poverty and hunger without distinction of race and culture because poverty does not choose culture , race and ethnicity. we will make our contribution in the fight against the poverty in Australia. Also help all children who go to school to know how to use computers. The Organisation may only do things for the purpose of working with not for profits and community based organisations in identifying gaps, and supporting the local Australian migrants communities with basic educational needs such as test books, school items, homework club and computer classes etc....we need goodwill to give the computers, printers and chairs for the opening of computer class because we already have volunteers to teach children and adults who also want to learn how to use the computer.

HELP US TO HELP THE CHILDREN TO LEARN

Children in Africa are in dire need of school supplies. The average classroom lacks the basic essential school supplies that make for a quality educational experience. Nathacha and Fabrice (2006) found that by providing one textbook to every student in a classroom, literacy scores increased by 5-20 percent. It’s hard to imagine classroom learning without books, paper, and pencils.  But, in much of Africa, this is the struggle young students face. The parents are unfortunately financially unable to make ends meet, let alone provide the quality and quantity of educational supplies needed.  Without the necessary school supplies, bright young minds lack the quality of education that they need to thrive academically. And without a proper education to provide positive opportunities, too many young people with high potential will turn to destructive rather than constructive paths for themselves and their community.   Espoir des populations pauvres en milieu rural (Hope of poor people in rural environment) has responded to this need by facilitating the donations of school supplies to underprivileged African schools. When struggling schools work hard with what little is available to them, we step in to help. By offering basic tools of education to schools, we improve access to quality education for the future leaders of African communities. Please note that we particularly welcome your donations of school, office and related supplies.  You can send these in without making a donation to cover shipping to Africa.Donate: Please feel free to purchase supplies that you would be willing to donate by mail.  If you already have unused school and office supplies that you do not need (regardless of the quantity), please send them to us.   Collect: If you would like to collect and send us school supplies, then you are also in the right place.  We  welcome your desire to help.  We welcome new and gently used supplies of all types. Recycling previously owned school supplies and office items is a great way to help others while being kind to our environment.   Please mail the following with your supply donation-  a list of all items donated with a total approximate value and the name and email or mailing address for the tax receipt. This information helps us spend less time sorting through supply donations and more time sending them to the students who need them.  If this information is not included with the donation we may be unable to provide you with recognition of your school supply donation.
